Food groups and you

Food for you.

There are two main groups of food sometimes and every day food groups. 

Sometimes food are junk foods. They are unhealthy because they have lots of sugar, salt, fat and oil. The foods we should eat sometimes are candy, ice cream, cake, cookies, burgers, fast food, takeaways, doughnuts, muffins, pies and danishes. These are all junk foods.
